who'd never seen Wyoming weather.
That's when Jack Jameson decided: Our neighbors deserve better.
He opened JWR Insurance with one promise: Build the kind of insurance company you'd actually want to buy from. One where you talk to real people who live in your town. One where a claim isn't a fight—it's what we do. One where "sorry, that's our policy" never means you're left hanging.
From a single office in downtown Casper with one advisor and a borrowed desk, JWR's first clients were literally neighbors. Word spread because people could actually reach someone on the phone. Within the first three years, we'd grown to two locations. Within ten, we had offices across Wyoming. Not because we were chasing growth. But because families kept telling friends: "These people actually care."
Twenty years later, JWR operates 10 locations across Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah.
